There is always the Friday fig in the ointment - User Manual - but WHICH
user?

End-User Manual?
Technician's Installation Manual?
Product Support Manual?
Manual for Technically Challenged Users Who Don't Read Manual
(Manual)...

(it is Friday...)

But seriously - wouldn't it be better to focus on what the CONTENT is
rather than WHO the user of the manual is, since the user could
theoretically be anyone?
