I believe I have stumbled upon one of those Word features that has
disappeared from one version of Word to the next.
I want to print my comments only. I do NOT want to print every element
of markup, including deletions, additions, and so on.
I have googled and searched, and I find nothing. There are plenty of old
descriptions of how to select Options and click "Comments," but the
Options tab no longer has that checkbox.
If I open "Print what" my only choice is "markup," which gets me every
last thing, which wastes, time, printer ink, paper, and my patience.
To add insult to injury, even if I laboriously accept every change and
THEN print markup, my comments print, but every page number is "1."
It was such a useful feature to be able to print the comments only,
along with their page numbers! What happened! More importantly, have you
found a workaround?
