One of our writing managers was having trouble getting anything out of
one of the writers. She came in one Saturday to do some work, and
brought her ten-year-old daughter along. Because her daughter was bored,
mom gave her something to do--the work that the writer had not been
doing. In one morning the ten-year-old accomplished more than the hired
writer had done in four months!
