To all involved in this ridiculous back and forth:

It's been a solid week. Can we move on already?

The thing I wish many of you here on TECHWR-L would realize is that, by
feeling the need to rebuke trollish behavior, you're perpetuating it. I'm
not sure which is more damaging to the TECHWR-L community: the troll or the
people who give the troll the attention he craves.

It's abundantly obvious that opinions on all sides are immutable, so let it
go. When there is no hope of anything productive coming from the debate, it
devolves into some grotesque intellectual pissing contest... And,frankly, I
am tired of being splashed while standing on the sidelines.
