I'd like to add CSS The Missing Manual (http://www.missingmanuals.com). I'm about halfway through this book and it is full of useful information about CSS and web design. If you have some experience with CSS, this is a great book. If you're just getting into web design, then you might want to add this to Sean's recommendation.

As with Sean, I have no affiliation with the book or it's authors....I'm just another happy user.
