Just a note that some people have mentioned that localization may not be required if customers in the other country also speak English. This is the common and narrower definition of localisation; a broader idea includes more than this (note how I spelled localisation, for example). I suspect that more thorough localisation will be required in the future to better access local markets, including eliminating some of the taken-for-granted worldviews we all have.
