Hi Ed,
If that is indeed the case, then I apologize for inferring that the original
poster was looking to take work rather than offer their technical writing
services. My first read was that the original poster was pretty arrogant
asking U.S. list members to send their customer contact information. This
just may be another case of someone using English as their second language
and writing to people who use English as their first language and the
problems that can arise in interpretation.
