Silly question here, but I'll ask it since I don't see any other
responses to the thread yet--have you examined the printer and checked
how the paper tray is set up? I'm not familiar with the 8100, but some
printers (as well as copiers) have a tendency to slide the paper around
if the paper guides in the paper tray are not set snug.
In addition to checking the printer physically, you might also check to
see if someone else printing the same document to the same printer
experiences the same problem. It could be some setting that your
colleague (or some other "helpful" co-worker) inadvertently changed with
the driver for that particular printer on his machine. Not sure what OS
you are using, but if you're in Microsoft Windows you might check in
Control Panel under the Printers and just have a look at the settings
for the 8100N that he is printing to.
Finally, have a look at the graphics in his document--if he has graphics
that are cropped but retain a very large "canvas" that hangs off the
edge of the page, this might confuse Word about how to handle margins.
Hope at least some of this is helpful.
