While the Bible may be instructional, I don't think it qualifies as
technical (except for the shrine assembly sections [tools not included]
noted earlier). Technical writing is for helping users interact with
machines, computers, and other tools. The Bible helps users interact
with each other. Do _What Color is Your Parachute_ or _Who Moved My
Cheese_ count as technical writing? No. But they're still instructional.
