Reminds me of the sitcom (can't remember which) in
which someone answers the door and insists, over the
strenous objections of the delivery person, that his
telegram be delivered as a singing telegram. Finally,
the delivery person agrees, and sings,
Your mom is dead
stop
Funeral Friday
stop
Or words to that effect.
