Great question, Gene. That's why I posted this question to see the pros/cons
for having an online installation guide.
I received a response off list that said their company has a hard copy
document with basic system requirements and general information, but the
procedures are contained in an online help system. Maybe that person (or
others who have an online installation guide) can answer how they deal with
crashes.
