Recently while interviewing, I provided some recruiters with business
copy I did at my current job, plus copies of the original Word
document I wrote it in, PLUS the email exchanges with the guy I worked
for--all to verify I did, in fact, do the work.
I think that was the tipping point which got me my new job. It's tough
to verify authenticity of anything, and too much detail is better than
not enough.
