As I said in my last post, the answer is "Rhetoric."

Google on "Rhetoric" and read more than the definition of the word. Read
about the principles of rhetoric.

That is your answer. Forget about "structured writing" for now. That's not
what you are really asking about, it seems to me. You can learn about that
concept later.

What you are asking about is the fundamental processes that
relate to writing. What you are asking about is rhetoric.
