Hi Donna,

I admit that I don't know *how* this is done, but I have seen it and know
that it *can* be done. Take a look at this form on the IRS Web site:
http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf

It has a note at the top about document rights, and allows a user with
Adobe Reader 7.0 to fill in the form and save it locally.

Does anyone know how this is done?
