Googol helped me find http://www.uwec.edu/Help/word03.htm which seems to
have a good detailed tutorial. 
  By the way I would be interested in what resources you learn about
because I am working on a tutorial CD-ROM on both Word 2002 and Word
2003 that I hope to finish and start marketing this coming year.
