Having looked at the chart at the Macromedia site, I think that the
difference between RH Office and Office Pro is the server-side stuff -
feedback reports on what people click on in the Help file, natural
language search, and something called Automated Offline Help (whatever
that is). 

So, unless the final Help file that you publish will be run in an
environment where users are always connected to a server, and the end
users are willing to set up such a server configuration, and where you
want to know what users are searching for or clicking on, you probably
just need plain old RoboHelp Office, not Office Pro.
