What do the STC ethics rules say about working on speculation? What does the
National Writer's Union say about it?

Here is the problem. For every opening there are 25 TWs. If I interview 25
TWs in the manner described, that should all the functionality my software
provides. I would never have to hire a single TW. Slick.
