I am supposed to prepare SRS document.

Can anyone send some good samples?

If you mean "System Requirement Specification," there is not quick answer to this. I prepare Requirements Documents on a regular basis, but it would take a very long time to teach this skill.

There are good books available, such as "Software Requirements" by Karl Wiegers. Material on how to write requirements is also available at www.stickyminds.com.

If you have been asked to write an SRS with no experience in requirements, you have been set up to fail. Sorry.
