Bob,

I think I can claim to know a little bit about XML, and I know a bit
more about multilingual documentation: I am fluent in Dutch,
French and English and have been a freelance Dutch/German/French
technical translator for more than 25 years, I've been working with
translation memories -- including Trados -- for ten years or so, and have
managed quite a few multilingual documentation projects. Please give
me some direct questions to work with and I'll try to give you some
direct answers.

Best,

Simon North
