And wasn't the problem with the Challenger o-ring disaster that there was too
much information presented in the wrong manner? :P

To little isn't better than too much and when it's just the right level of
information, you have to ensure that it's presented in the most effective manner
for the audience and the conclusions you want to be presented.

No technology is going to substitute for the presence (or lack) of grey matter
between the presenter's ears...
