Hi,
We're developing some help for the Apple OS for the first time, and I've
encountered a peculiar inconsistency. Hopefully somebody else has seen
this behaviour, and resolved it.

I've built a simple, frame-based HTML help system, with a TOC (not a
dynamic TOC, as described in Apple's developer notes) and main page
content.

On the Panther OS (version 10.3), everything is hunky-dory. On Jaguar
(Apple 10.2.x), the frames don't seem to work. That is, the TOC links do
not open content in the main frame. When you click links in the main
frame, the new page opens without the TOC frame.

This is particularly odd because, as you know, frames are a very old
part of the HTML standard, and one would think that they would work as
expected. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks. DB.
