Thanks for this. From what I could figure out, frames are kind of
supported in "Jaguar". That is, their behaviour was somewhat dodgy
compared to IE's or Mozilla's support. I managed to hack an acceptable
solution. Fortunately, the last version of the help system (developed by
somebody else) suffered the same fate, so my hack was an improvement.
