I would like to see RoboHelp provide revision annotation functionality. I
may not have seen the latest RH. We have implemented revision annotation
with build codes. But, I consider that solution messy. There was no
effective way to eliminate deleted text in subsequent revisions without
assigning a person to the job.

We had to send the online help to the editor and legal in printed form. I
would have much preferred that they edit it online. Up until IE 6.0 you
could not create a reliable printed copy of a compiled help file. Words were
dropped. What a mess. Once the printing problem was solved, we sent the help
files out as pdfs. But, you still ended up with a document that was not a
print document getting edited as if it were a print document.
