It depends on the methodology you are using. SDLC is a generic term...
each SDLC methodology implements those plans slightly differently,
that's what makes them different.

If you are following a structured methodology, the methodology will
contain definitions of those documents. You need the text of the
methodology, otherwise how will you know if your docs are "right"?
Templates really aren't the issue; you need a definition that states
the purpose of the document and an outline of the contents.

Best to go back to the person who assigned you this project and ask for
the source of the methodology. There has to be one. Unless...you are
assighed to do SDLC docs but you don't have a written methodology?
