Connect them how?

Sequence them? You could convert them to HTML and have a TOC web
page to launch them from.

Connect them into one seamless PowerPoint? You could copy slides
from one and paste into another. Or Insert -> Slides from Files.

Or if you're good with Flash, export them to wmf, import them into
Flash, and whip up some navigation in its own layer.
