Hi,

I'm interested in running a user survey to try and get some feedback on a
large online help system. I'm planning to use web-based survey software
(Confirmit) to run a questionnaire and compile the results etc. Can anyone
provide any insights/advice on this and if anyone has any resources or
example questionnaires then that would be much appreciated.

Best regards,

John
