I have been asked to go through our code and gussy up the comments so that
it may be used by Doxygen. I have never really coded or commented code. I
will be doing almost zero coding at this point, but have expressed an
interest in learning, and so, in time I will. Most of our code is C, or C++

It was suggested to me to use Doxygen, as it has been used in the past and
produced satisfactory results. Does anyone have any strong opinions on
Doxygen?

Any insights are appreciated.
