I'm GLAD so many tech writers have such a dim view of marcomm - that means
there's more work for ME.

And it's also lots of fun to watch one of those TW snobs who assumes
marcomm is easy the first time they try to describe not only a product's
features, but the *benefit* of those features. Instant writer's block.
Seen it time and again.
