Hi, Keith...
I had to laugh when I saw the message that writing is writing and all it
takes is to sit there and pound out the documentation.
Marcom that anyone can write is what many people see as the smarmy hard sell
content that everyone on the list hates.
OTOH, marcom by someone who knows what they are doing is the stuff that
nobody realizes is marketing writing, but for some reason, they have an urge
to purchase the product.
