And note to those of you using email as a legal tool. Emails are often NOT
considered "legally admissable" since they can be forged or misunderstood.
Now,
if you were digitally signing your emails as was your customer, they might
have a
better chance of holding up in court.
There is no such thing as a legally biding "verbal-agreement."
