In FrameMaker, I use a conditional tag for my "notes to myself." It is set
to display in red and is underlined.

I run a FrameScript that strips the tagged material as well as the
conditional tag before moving the files to any kind of public place.
I let my co-workers in on this scheme so that they won't inadvertently
deliver "conditional" material. So far, everyone I've dealt with has been
quite cooperative.

Also, I don't use profanity in my notes to myself, just in case...

Cheers,
Debbie
