I using Frame. I have a character tag called AA_MyEdits that appears Red,
Bold, and Underlined. Whenever I across wording, paragraphs, enter
placeholder text, or whatever, I enter my comments and apply this style to
the comment.

A thought just hit me (ouch!) as I watched this thread
whoosh by, so here's a mini survey question:
When you know that information is incorrect in a document,
do you mark it as such or let it blend in with the good info?
For example, when I'm working in MS Word, I use the highlighter
on paragraphs were I need to check facts or update references.
In Frame, I use devices like #####need to verify##### to surround
text that I'm unsure of or say things like, Choose Edit > XXXXX
from the menu...
Does anyone else do that? If you don't, how do you make sure
you've plugged up all the holes before the doc hits the door?
