Hello Everyone,

Still working on this Executive Summary and Project
Plan.

Does anyone have specific examples of consequences a
company might face if they fail to maintain
operational documentation on their various servers and
applications?

How would this impact their business negatively?

My list is already started, but I'd love a few more to
make sure the reports are properly received.

Thanks for the help.

- Anthony
