Hi Paul,

What you are looking to do is indeed single-sourcing.
Single-sourcing goes beyond delivery formats. If you
can use a core set of information and distribute it in
multiple deliverables (whether it's multiple formats
or for different audiences, or both), you are
single-sourcing.

That said, what is your current infrastructure? What
you are looking to do is possible, but is handled
differently depending on the tools you have at your
disposal.
