Hi, Paul. You didn't mention what tools you want to use, so I'm going to
assume you're looking for tool suggestions, as well as process suggestions.
>From your description (and there could obviously be a lot of variables I'm
not aware of) I'd probably use Frame and make use of the Conditional
text/entity feature, possibly combined with variables for things like brand
names, etc.

If you had a lot of ramp-up time, an XML modular documentation database
would probably work, too. Though I've never used such a beast, my
understanding is you have all of the entities in a database and just kind of
write a query to grab the pieces you want.
