Not sure what you're looking for. A glossary is a list of words and their
definitions, right? Certainly you can write one of these in Word.

If you want to find each occurrence of the words you select as glossary
terms, you can create a concordance file. Check the help system using
"concordance" as your key word.

Or are you referring to a way of automatically flagging words to appear in
your glossary? You can do that by tagging each word you want to cross
reference. See "cross reference" in Word's help system. Hope this helps!
