Well, I would imagine there are a number of ways to do this -- like going to
each
engineer's computer and replacing all their templates with the ones you want
them to use. If you'd prefer an automated solution, it seems a fair amount
of VB programming is in order. Perhaps one of your engineers could help you
out.

Or, you could point them to this site (http://www.clicktoaddtitle.com/) and
let them know what bad presentation design really looks like. Maybe a
"scared straight" tactic is all that's required...
