Another thing to do: Rent "American Beauty" and "Office Space" to get
inspiration for another take on this whole evil concept of defending one's
job.... :)

Just a thought for fun. Yes, I know we all should be able to demonstrate
worth...but my thought is, when does your boss justify his position and
salary to you? What a concept that'd be....
