Hmmm...if I'm understanding correctly, you're essentially creating a web
page (poured-in text + Dreamweaver template = HTML file), and I'm assuming
you're saving this web page to your hard drive (or a network drive). If
you're using Outlook 2000 you should be able to open the finished web page
within Outlook (by typing something like "C:\mydirectory\newsletter.htm"
into the Address field of the Web toolbar) and then click Actions -> Send
Web Page by Email.

Your HTML file then becomes the body of your email and you can send it to
your subscribers.
