Depending on how complex your e-Newsletter is, you could possibly create and deliver it directly from Word (assuming your using XP). I have a e-newsletter that I deliver to our IT department to communicate project status and updates and this has been working very well for our needs. It took a while for me to warm up to using Word for this, but now that I am familiar with it's quarks (!) it actually goes quite smoothly. I simply layout my formatting in text blocks and format the fills and frames to make it look attractive and eye catching. I am aware that there are many draw backs to this method, but like I said, if your project is not too complex, you may find Word delivers for you.
