You can manually resize using the sizing notes around
the graphic, but I don't recommend it as you may
distort the image. Use a larger DPI value for a
smaller image and a smaller DPI value for a larger
image...
A 96 DPI image imported ar 100 DPI in FrameMaker will
be slightly smaller than the original 96 DPI image...
PLay with it to find the right size for your needs.
