its there and waiting!

Aye. I like to use the analogy of building a brick wall. The programmers
must concentrate on making the bricks, because with no bricks, there is no
wall. But someone has to stand back and look at just the wall and say "Hey,
I can stick my finger through the mortar here and here! This wall needs
fixing."
