There is no software package in the world that can translate whole sentences (or sometimes just words) reliably. You are much better off going to a reputable translation firm where your documents can at least be assured of their quality and correctness. Depending on the subject of the text and the scope of the translation, it may be useful to look into translation memory software. It won't help very much with the initial translation, and it takes a lot of work to get up to speed, but if you have many documents that contain similar text it can cut translation time and costs considerably for later translations.
