Preparing for reviews, I've seen several manuals in the last couple
of weeks that are arguments for secondary sewage treatment. So,
rather than specific or practical advice, I've been thinking
recently that more writers need more pride in their work.

T.S. Eliot wrote: "No vers is libre for the man who wants to do a
good job."

I'd like to file off the serial numbers and change this sentiment
to: "No writing is unimportant for those who care enough to do a
good job."
