1. You're talking about what geographical area first off?
2. You're talking about how much experience AS a TW? Is this your only job
function? Do you also do consulting work as a java devloper, etc.?
3. Are you targeting small or mid-sized companies, IPOs, large companies?


The job market in NYC is great. The starting salary sometimes IS very good,
sometimes, it's laughable. I think it depends on the market and what it's
willing to pay.
