Someone asked what "other/none of the above" might include. One possibility is a lone writer working with a team of other publications professionals, such as a graphic designer, a layout person (or equivalent who does all the stuff that I find tedious but some other writers enjoy), an editor, perhaps an instructional designer, and so on. More like a publishing house than the documentation groups I'm familiar with, and that seem to be common in the software industry.
