As a full-time employee I think I have all three. While the money
isn't top-of-the-line, I thinks it's fine considering my flexible hours and
the great time off policies. As the only tech writer in the company, I
certainly feel like my job is important and since I'm mainly documenting web
applications to support a paperless-office I feel I'm not only helping the
company but saving a lot of trees! The load is quite reasonable (generally
30 - 35 hours/ week) and did I mention the flexible hours. I'll even through
in a fourth thing that I want out of work that my current job provides -
intellectual stimulation.
