One of the advantages of using a database for review
comments is the ability to sort by "will do/no brainer"
and "need to discuss," which automatically sets the agenda
for the meeting. I used to pass out the comments that
needed discussion the day before the meeting so people
could investigate the ones in which they had a stake/
opinion.
Also, if your review process involves different groups
such as marketing or legal, I'd recommend an official
sign-off at the end of the review process.
