I think that for "the most disastrous team-building
exercise" the lady in the cubicle next to mine may
be the champion. Her company's idea of an outing
to build solidarity was a hike in rough terrain.
She fell a dozen yards down a cliff face, spent
weeks in a hospital bed, and months later still
uses a cane. But she no longer works for that
company...
