Hi all,

I have a question concerning culture, politeness, formality, and email. My
understanding is that different cultures have different expectations of
politeness and formality when it comes to business correspondences. Does
anyone know if the same expectations hold true for email? If you fail to
meet a cultural audience's expectations of politeness and formality in an
emial, can it cause problems? Does anyone have any examples of such
problems?

Thank you all in advance for your time and help.

Kirk
